Refund Policy

Users/Customers must submit a cancellation/refund requests by raising a request at accounts@admissionexpress.com

If the User/ Customer who raises a cancellation, no cancellation fee will be charged.

It shall take 21 days (approximately) for the amount to get refunded.

Refunds are processed by us and credited to the pool account of the issuer bank. The actual credit amount charged to the cardholder’s account is subject to an internal reconciliation process by the issuer bank. If the funds have not yet been credited to the cardholder’s account, it is recommended to contact the customer service department of the issuing bank or escalate the issue to the issuing bank accordingly to resolve the request.

If the User/Customer does offline payments with us for the price of the services provided, the User/Customer must raise a request to us for the offline payments, and no online transactions can be made in this regard.

Changes and / or modifications of services are not allowed after transaction is done online.

For any changes / modifications, the existing online transaction is considered cancelled and a new transaction must be made
